Astronomy Party Vegas, LLC
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests while also respecting the time and preparation required for each astronomy event.
Cancellations by the Client
- Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled event date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, as staffing, travel, and equipment setup arrangements have already been made.
- “No-show” events (where our team arrives and the client is not present or available) are considered non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule once at no charge if notice is given at least three (3) days before the event.
- Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before the event may be subject to a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the total event cost and are not guaranteed to be accommodated on the client's preferred date and time.
Weather Policy
- Astronomy Party Vegas reserves the right to reschedule any event affected by unsafe weather conditions such as heavy clouds, rain, or high winds.
- If weather conditions make stargazing impossible, we will work with the client to choose a new date at no additional cost.
Cancellations by Astronomy Party Vegas
- In the rare event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff illness, or equipment failure), clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Any applicable processing fees or third-party booking fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Deposits
- Certain special or large-scale events may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Agreement
By submitting a booking, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Return and Refund agreement of Astronomy Party Vegas, LLC.
